懐かしのパタリロの中で、「誰が殺したクックロビン」ってのがありましたね。
あれは1744年にロンドンにて出版された「Tommy Thumb's Song Book（トミー・サムのソングブック）」で掲載されたのが最初というから、歴史のあるマザーグースの童謡の一つなんですが。

スズメに殺されたクックロビン(こまどり)のお葬式は、誰がどうやるの？という歌ですが、、、ちょっと怖いです。
マザーグースは残酷で背筋の凍るものが多い中、このクックロビンもその一つとも言えます。
