チーズ大好き♪

初版 Spectrum Kaasatlas は1976年にオランダで出版されたもののようですが、そちらも英語版も残念ながら絶版になっているみたいです。　私は偶然店頭で見かけ即決購入しました。＾＾　当時の約５０カ国が網羅されていて読みごたえがあります。　それから、トピック・国ごとに写真やイラストがうまく挿入されているので、目にも楽しいチーズ・アトラスです。

Nancy Eekhof-Stork has been head of the Nutritional Information Department of the Dutch Dairy Bureau in Rijswijk, Holland, since 1956. A nutritionist specializing in dairy products, she holds a domestic science degree in nutrition and was formerly a product development consultant to the Dutch dairy industry.

She was aided in the preparation of the book by more than 40 cheese consultants and dairy associations throughout the world, who have reviewed the text and illustrative material for authenticity and completeness.
