たしかに、ヒュンダイに負けるのはサムスンに負けるのと一緒ですげー悔しいよ。ピンチになったらいつも、バックに太極旗があるもんなぁ（あれも護送船団方式のパクリっぽいし）。韓国政府は一般韓国民をすり潰してでも、サムスン・ヒュンダイを勝たせようとするし。。。やり方が途上国のそれだよ。

トヨタにはヒュンダイをデザインで迎え撃つための人材も能力もあった。圧倒的な品質という優位を持ったトヨタが真っ向勝負をすればヒュンダイに勝ち目がなかったはず。しかし、トヨタはデザインで勝負することを選択しなかった。過去の成功にとらわれ、品質という殻にこもってしまった。 about 1 hour ago via web

Fall of Japanese Diplomacy

Today, independence of Japanese diplomacy was dead.
I'm really really really disappointed that Japanese govt decided to release Chinese fishing boat captain.
Our coward govt gave in to Chinese govt's gangster like intimidation.

Seems I need to add some explanation to this issue why I feel so disgusting about this.

He was arrested by Japan coast guard because he allegedly hit his boat to our patrol ship in our territorial sea.
He should thank God because unlike "Soft" Japan coast guard, most of our neighboring countries' cost guards or navies are much more hard core to this kind of issue. Say, if it was Russia or CHINA itself, the boat could be instantly seized or even worse shot'n sunk.

Again, this is internal, national issue. The action was judged by Japanese law.

However, Chiina shamelessly demanded to release the captain unconditionally.
Series of harassment followed:
Pop star group SMAP's concert at Shanghai cancelled.
They announced the embargo of rare earth that Japan almost fully depends on imports from China.
Notorious their security guards arrested 4 Japanese business tourists for espionage.

I didn't expect to see 19th century's old school "warship diplomacy" in 21st century.
Japan and China are interdependent. The relationship must be win-win.
It shouldn't be the one between master and slave.
So I cannot stand our govt bent knees to ridiculous blackmail from Communist China.

It is common sense once you gave in to the gangs, they WILL blackmail you again. Not only to Japan, but to Taiwan, Korea, Philippines, India, Vietnam or other Asian surrounding nations.

We should have fought...
